We are always looking for new volunteers for a wide-range of activities, including:

• Helping with administrative and office work
• Giving your time to community events
• Organizing your own fundraiser

Current Volunteer Opportunities: 

Social Media Coordinator (1 Volunteer Role)

We are looking for one enthusiastic individual to join our Volunteer Because You Care Cup Committee as our Social Media Coordinator. This volunteer role includes tasks like:

• Lead social media strategy leading up to and weekend of event
• Determine  social media needs with Because You Care Cup Committee and CBRH Foundation Staff Member
• Post regular updates on Because You Care Cup Social Media and monitor activity and user interactions.
• Have knowledge and experience engaging an audience on social media, especially Facebook.
• Strong Writing and editing skills
• Is comfortable developing imagery for Because You Care Cup Social Media and Billboards

Time commitment would be once a month between March and September, with more frequent meeting the month leading up to the event. Availability weekend of is a must – September 19th and 20^th, 2020.

Because You Care Cup - Volunteer Coordinator Post (1 Volunteer Role)

We are looking for one enthusiastic individual to join our Volunteer Because You Care Cup Committee as our Volunteer Coordinator. This volunteer role includes tasks like:

• Lead volunteer recruitment strategy
• Determine volunteer needs for event with Because You Care Cup Committee
• Schedule volunteers
• Send volunteers critical information leading up to event.
• Check-in on volunteer during the event
• Thanking volunteers after event completion

Time commitment would be once a month between March and September, with more frequent meeting the month leading up to the event. Availability weekend of is a must – September 19th and 20^th, 2020.

Team Recruitment leads (2 Volunteer roles)

We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to join our Volunteer Because You Care Cup Committee as our Team Recruitment Leads. This volunteer role includes tasks like:

• Creating and leading team recruitment strategy for event
• Soliciting businesses, individual, and community groups to place a team in event
• Working with Foundation Staff Member to create team recruitment material needs
• Ability and flexibility to distribute team recruitment materials, such as posters.
• Ability to follow-up with team commitments to ensure sign-up through website.
• Work with teams to submit pledge collection to confirm commitment to event.

Time commitment would be once a month between March and September, with more frequent meeting the month leading up to the event. Availability weekend of is a must – September 19th and 20^th, 2020.
