“Bringing the NHL Hockey Legends to Sydney is a fun and exciting way to wrap up a very exciting year for us at the Foundation,” says Brad Jacobs, CEO Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation. “Just like a hockey team, working together with New Waterford and Glace Bay is very rewarding as we work toward meeting our goals for our priority equipment needs.”

The NHL Legends game will support three local hospitals, who have recently signed a partnership agreement – working together to fundraise for priority healthcare needs in Cape Breton. The event, presented by the Regional Hospital Foundation, New Waterford Foundation and Glace Bay Foundation will host a VIP reception, exclusive dressing room experiences and will be fun-filled for the whole family.

One hundred percent of proceeds will stay in Cape Breton to support healthcare. Thanks to event sponsors, Cape Breton Post, Max 98.3 FM and Hampton Inn Sydney.

Tickets for the game are still available through Centre 200 Box Office, or by visiting tickets.capebreton.ca.
