The second annual Because You Care Holiday Catalogue in 2019, presented by Colbourne Automotive Group was a huge success. For the second year in a row, hundreds of Cape Bretoners funded health care needs as gifts for their loved ones. Since the beginning last year, more than $108,000 has been raised.  In 2019 alone, 450 gifts were purchased by 225 people raising an incredible $52,085.

Thanks to the generosity of the Colbourne Automotive Group, who sponsored the catalogue and also matched the first $10,000 in gifts, Cape Breton was able to fund essential needs for cancer care, pediatrics, Caleb’s Courage, mental health, Crossroads, priority equipment and hospital staff appreciation.
